Over the years we have been involved in lots of commercial interior design and consulting projects in Sarasota. From renovations and build-outs to full scale remodels, we have seen it all. Keffie was a senior designer on the renovation of Temple Emanu-el, KB Group, First Church of Sarasota, PGT Windows Marketing Offices, The Las Palmas Clubhouse and many others. Recently she collaborated with local design firm, Trade Mark Interiors to complete the office space for Insula Property Management. While some projects were small scale and only required minor color changes and material selections, many were full scale renovations and remodels. These large projects typically require extensive documentation and construction.

I had the opportunity to live in work in Athens Greece. I consulted for several design and architectural firms that specialized in Restaurants & Nightclubs on the Coast. In the summers, all of the “summer clubs” pop up along the coastline and the “city clubs” slow down. The Greek restaurant and nightclub are intertwined (No Noise Ordinances!) and provide restaurateurs with around the clock income stream. You have peaceful dining with waterfront views by day and a rockin’ hot spots with a full club atmosphere by night. My job was to help plan and execute the design and remodels of several locations along the coast. We were under serious time constraints as the project had to be completed during the off-season. It was serious business, the pace was intense but it was a lot of fun!
