Painting on South Lido Beach

Well the weather wasn’t perfect but it was still another beautiful day in paradise! We hosted our first AirBnb experience today and we sure had fun!

Our first group was here all the way from Wisconsin. They had no experience painting and were eager to hit the ground running. After a few practice rounds we started in on a sunset beach scene. We had a few battles with the wind but we managed to get through and all in all we were quite pleased with the weather.

My mom has had the worst experience with this company on a simple project of Kitchen cabinets being repainted and... countertops replaced. She also had a bathroom remodel in the plan but the project didn't get completed (started in April 2022 and start date is now pushed to May 2023). The cabinet painting is like sandpaper, the countertop installation was done wrong (even according to a second contractor that came in). Even with multiple requests Keffie has not been by the condo since my mother returned in early October to see the issues. These are only half the issues she is dealing with. I would not use this company.read more

My wife and I have been thrilled to work with All Things Design the past 2 years. From the initial design phase to the... installation this past summer, everything went smoothly and was completed in a timely fashion. We love everything Keffie has ever done for us both personally and for our businesses. She is a Jackie of All Trades! ... We met in 2015 at her fabulous shop on Fruitville road and we hired Keffie to redesign our condo in University Park. We installed all new flooring, new motorized blinds, a new kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We could not have been happier with the final project! 2 Years later we hired Keffie to redo my husbands office in downtown St. Pete. She worked with our architect and selected everything from top to bottom. Then my husband talked her into creating a new website and marketing materials for his business. She even planned and coordinated the launch party for one of his business ventures. I have never met someone more trustworthy, honest and easy to get along with. We have spent many hours (and years!) with Keffie and we can't say enough good things about the quality of her work and her ethics.read more

We were looking to have a new design and conceptual plan for our restaurant group and reached out to Keffie via a... recommendation from a friend in St. Pete. All Things Design provided us with a spectacular plan for remodelling, 3D renderings, Floor plans, and a new website. We also created a logo and designed uniforms and menus based on the conceptual plans. We are in the process of sending out to bid to local contractors to complete this project. The construction documents have been extremely helpful in getting accurate pricing and timelines from our subs and vendors. They are extremely detailed and any clarifications or alternations we needed were provided in a timely manner. We were very lucky to get this project completed in a short amount of time this summer and we will be starting our renovations at the end of next season. We look forward to having Keffie work on our next project.read more

Stunningly Incompetent Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. As an interior designer, Keffie Lancaster was... utterly unprofessional, completely incompetent, never once met a deadline, and didn’t display even a modicum of customer service. Contractors reported to me that she didn't appear to know the business and was unresponsive to their calls. Just stunningly incompetent. After three months I received zero value and lost precious time - and finally terminated her and asked her to refund me the money I paid her. She refused. I was forced to start all over from scratch while she’s pocketed the fees she charged. Do NOT hire this dishonest woman for interior design work.read more

We purchased a home in the Esplanade community of Lakewood Ranch a few years ago. We needed to downsize from our... family home up north and it was quite a struggle to figure out where everything was going to go and how we were going to get it here. Keffie met with us almost a year before the completion of our home. Within a few weeks we had a firm plan of what was going and what was staying. This took a lot of stress off of my wife and I and we were able to start getting excited about our move to Florida. As soon as we had a closing date in place it was full steam ahead. After we closed our window treatments were installed, the inside of the house was painted, the wall paper was hung and we were on our way. As soon as our furniture arrived Keffie met the movers and literally unpacked our boxes for us! She was so quick and motivated it really helped keep us going. We recently installed all new motorized blinds throughout our home. The pricing was the best we found, they arrived in... less than 2 weeks and we love that we can tell Alexa to open the blinds!
