Fabulous 1927 National Register Mediterranean Revival home on the Bay! The exquisite 7′ marble fireplace in the living room was a gift from none other than John Ringling! Famous detective William J. Burns built the residence, designed by renowned architect Thomas Reed Martin as the first “fireproof” home in Sarasota. The original iron staircase is adorned with unique 1920s inset colorful tiles. Features include a 16 ft. ceilings in the living room. The sunroom currently used as a dining room has floor to ceiling French doors on three sides. The front of this room looks over the courtyard and fountain while the rear overlooks the Bay. There is a media room on the first floor. Upstairs, the master suite overlooks the Bay with a large balcony for gazing at the dolphins. His and her closets off master.
