Keffie has experience not only in the restaurant design world but also has actual first hand experience in FOH and BOH positions. During her time at Lee’s Lakeside in Orlando Florida, Keffie was trained across the board for her position as Events Manager. She started out waiting tables, bartending and running food and worked her way into the Office Management Team. Her positioned required her to fill in where it was needed and that might call for decorating a wedding cake or expediting food in the window. During her time there she also participated in the launch of a new restaurant on the property, The Lake Eola Yacht Club. Keffie coordinated the menu design, website and all marketing materials for Lee’s Lakeside, The Tavern, LEYC, and the Banquet facilities. This is only a glimpse into her past restaurant life. But the compilation of experiences, from bartending at TGI Fridays to designing FF&E packages for some of the top architectural firms in the world, has created a unique perspective for Keffie’s present designs.
